About the Event

On Saturday October 30, 2021, Central Park Plaza next to Fillmore City Hall will be alive with a Steak Cookoff Association (SCA) sanctioned Steak Cookoff and a Car Show. This first annual event comes on the heels of a global pandemic so we are excited to welcome you and are making effort to ensure this family event is a success.  

SCA Sanctioned Steak Cookoff

Steak cookoff competitors from across the United States will be traveling to Fillmore, CA and competing for points, money and entry into the 2021 SCA World Championships in Texas! In addition to the Steak Cookoff, there will be a burrito and nachos ancillary competition as well. Anybody can participate and SCA membership is not required. 

Kids New York Steak Competition

A Kid’s BBQ competition (age 6 to 13) will be held where young grill masters show-off their skills grilling New York Steaks and compete for prizes. Everybody is a winner in this competition and there is no cost to participate!

Car Fest

In coordination with Sespe Creek Events Inc. , this car show is sure to excite auto enthusiast! Experience eye-catching restoration and creativity as car collectors from across Southern California showcase their prized possessions.
